Maintain tax information accuracy for processing by a third-party provider. Previous experience in tax research, compliance, and complex multi-state payroll preparation. Possess in-depth knowledge of Payroll Operations, TIH Policies, and IRS and state guidelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations for TIH tax entities.
- Ensure accurate tax withholdings in Workday.
- Execute multi-state payroll reporting and resolve complex inquiries from taxing authorities.
- Assist with annual W-2 preparation and ensure timely reporting to all parties.
- Process monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reporting via ADP.
- Set up reporting structures and manage third-party tax vendor relationships.
- Review tax payments and execute research/resolution of tax notices.
- Conduct research to determine tax implications for various compensation payments.
- Test system modifications for accurate tax reporting.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting or related field.
- 3+ years of payroll tax and regulatory reporting experience.
- Demonstrated Workday payroll expertise.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred.

- Proven experience using Workday and ADP payroll tax modules.
