The Events Coordinator will support event logistics and production including project management, vendor coordination, attendee experience, food and beverage, design, decor, setup, break-down, security planning, event documentation and meeting planning.Key Deliverables: - Assist in timeline calendaring for events.- Assist in organizing and distilling a large amount of production information into clear written and verbal communications.- Monitor and report on the competitive landscape of events and experiences.- Coordinate and execute assigned events from concept to execution.
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in event support, production, or management.
  • Proficient in Mac and Keynote.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • You love event management and thrive throughout the planning and production process.
  • A detailed executor with excellent time management skills.
  • You are a proactive problem-solver, who is calm under pressure and always willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
  • You know that even the smallest details matter and are willing to go above and beyond.
  • You care deeply about a guest’s experience and ensuring every event you touch is memorable and impactful.
  • You are comfortable with both tactical and strategic work, but always execute.
  • You are an effective communicator who takes direction well.
  • You react quickly to new information and direction and seamlessly adapt to change.
  • You are highly organized, efficient and resourceful.
  • You have a track record of successfully working with a wide range of people across different disciplines and at different levels.
  • You are able to take direction and move a process forward independently.
