Key job responsibilities1) As Enterprise Support Manager, you will lead a team of Technical Account Managers for managing Enterprise support customers.3) As an ESM you will get a chance to work with the most awesome technical and business development people who are passionate about technology. Together, you will help craft strategies, processes and tactics to achieve great customer outcomes as well as expanding the footprint of the Enterprise Support offering.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Science / Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field7+ years managing technical teams
15+ Yrs of overall Experience
Experience scaling an organization through rapid growth or expansionAn adaptable communication style that can fit diverse audiences (with varying technical backgrounds)Proficient in communicating complex ideas, either with the written word or in presentationsTrack Record of driving projects to improve support-related processes and the technical support experienceExperience with AWS Or other cloud service offerings
