Assists in the preparation and submission quarterly regulatory reporting on behalf of the Wholesale Lending Operations organization.
On an ad hoc basis, researches and responds to external counterparty queries regarding previous quarter reporting results.
Monitors various data quality control reports and liaise with upstream and downstream partners as needed to action.
Reviews loans data from various sources, performing data quality checks, and analyze information to ensure accuracy for reporting.
Manages a large multi-faceted data remediation and strategic initiatives project/account/campaign or multiple projects at the same time.
Represents Global Lending Operations Data Strategy team is various program management forums.
Serves as subject matter expert and key point of contact for their respective data initiative.
Owns project goals leveraging expertise to inspire a sense of shared purpose within the project team.
Organizes new challenges and drive business results.
Drives end results of the project as a representative of the business.
Identifies and where required amends the approach to the context and constraints of each project.

Qualifications:
6-10 years of experience in commercial lending operations or project management within a financial institution.
Must have a strong understanding of the front to back operational wholesale lending processes that may impact regulatory reporting (e.g. deal booking, servicing, secondary loan trading, etc.).
Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics.
Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.
Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk.
Manage client expectations, anticipates operational and tactical risks, and tracks them; clarify, identify, and track requirements and issues, remove barriers, resolve minor project issues and escalate to immediate manager where required.
