Job Summary
As an Operations Senior Specialist in Debit Card Fraud Prevention, you will perform a variety of roles within the space. You will work directly with employees and all levels of leadership to ensure all inquiries are reviewed/addressed, start to finish. You will carry out core functions as outlined for you and respond to ad hoc tasks assigned by DCFP Leadership per DCFP performance standards and expectations.
Job Responsibilities
- Attend Division Leader huddles, TL staff Meetings, strategy calls and IDP review calls
- Service Level Support
- Local Leadership Support (not inclusive)
- Attendance reports & coding, Holiday management and Offboarding/Onboarding
- Recognition/Graduation (new hires)
- Alignments WFO/Webstats/MIP
- SDR Audits
- Manage mail distro & Supply ordering
- Adhoc Quality/Call Projects (identifying trends or compiling data for leaders)
- Send Daily Reports to Production Floor and Leadership (as needed)
- Weekend Strategy
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skill
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience
- Possess strong attention to detail and advanced problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and DCFP experience.
- Basic office and computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
