As an Operations Senior Specialist in Debit Card Fraud Prevention, you will perform a variety of roles within the space. You will work directly with employees and all levels of leadership to ensure all inquiries are reviewed/addressed, start to finish. You will carry out core functions as outlined for you and respond to ad hoc tasks assigned by DCFP Leadership per DCFP performance standards and expectations.
Job Responsibilities
- Attend Division Leader huddles, TL staff Meetings, strategy calls and IDP review calls
- Provide Service Level Support
- Offer local Leadership Support (not inclusive)
- Create Attendance reports & coding, Holiday management and Offboarding/Onboarding
- Align WFO/Webstats/MIP
- Conduct SDR Audits
- Manage mail distro & Supply ordering
- Identify trends and compile data for leaders
- Send Daily Reports to Production Floor and Leadership (as needed)
- Strategize weekend planning

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and advanced problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
