.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years experience in Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure, M365, D365, or Power Platform), infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, customer success, and/or consulting

OR Equivalent experience

.Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English
.4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external) focused on complex and large cloud transformation / adoption projects.

Additional or preferred qualifications

.4+ years’ experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external) focused on complex and large cloud transformation/ adoption projects

.Technical Certification in one or more Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google cloud, security certifications)

OR adoption and change management certification (e.g., PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP). 4+ years of consulting experience on cloud transformation projects
.Drive People & Process: Prepare the customer for operational readiness and long-term organizational adoption. 4+ years experience with one or more of the following areas

. Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean etc.), SRE, Cloud platform engineering or Service Management (ITSM)
. FinOps and cloud cost management and optimization
. Adoption/Organizational change management
.AI/Copilot implementation or adoption
. Security Operations Compliance

. Situational fluency: Using self-awareness as a mechanism to interpret verbal and non-verbal cues to increase your ability to "read the room."

. Preferred Certifications
- Associate or expert Azure certification (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Security Engineer Associate)
- DevOps Engineer Expert certification
- Azure AI Engineer Associate
- PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner

  • Develops and expands existing impactful relationships with customer and partner architects, C-level Technical Decision Makers (TDMs), and business stakeholders.

  • Identifies and evaluates industry trends (customer industry verticals, information technology [IT] industry), gathers customer/partner insights (e.g., feedback around customer preferences, environments, business needs, competitive landscape), and maps organizational best practices and digital transformation solutions to customer/partner business outcomes.
