Key Essential Functions

Execute tests on new Acacia product software releases

Required Skills & Experience

MS or BS in Computer Science or Computer/Electrical Engineering or equivalent

At least 10 years of experience in developing large scale,efficient, scalable and easily maintainabletest automation software in SQA, SVT or similar environment using C#, C++ or Python

Exposure to QA methodologies

Ability to lead efforts towards enhancing testing process

Preferred Skills & Experience

Strong technical background in optical telecommunications, especially in DWDM transport and optical coherent subsystems

First-hand experience with testing of optical telecommunication systems

Understanding of ITU recommendations related to Optical Transport Networks, such as G.709 and G.798

Experience with bug tracking and reporting tools such as Bugzilla and Jira
