What you’ll do:
- Manage a portfolio of grocery & retail partnerships in NZ focussing on bringing selection and operational excellence to Uber Eats customers
- Own and manage your portfolio’s performance through joint business planning and identifying and executing growth opportunities and improving operational performance
- Focus on growing accounts by selling strategic Uber services such as ads, offers and Uber direct
- Strengthen partner relationships to enhance retention and long-term value
- Act as a trusted consultant, advising partners on growth strategies and best practices
- Support and execute core operational processes to ensure seamless partner experience
The Experience You’ll Bring:
- Multiple years of experience in account management, business development or sales
- Proven track record in building strong relationships with partners and achieving sales and business objectives
- Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of business strategy and partner dynamics
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and solve complex challenges for our partner
- Experience in the grocery and retail segment preferred
