Responsibilities:

• Provide central coordination of all business execution operational functions

• Standup and maintain solid reporting frameworks, processes, and associated controls.

• Streamline and standardize reporting & analytics processes for the business execution function

• Manage the use of standard tools and templates to facilitate project planning and governance across the organization.

• Work with the senior leadership team to develop and execute strategic and operational plans to meet business goals

• Develop and implement a series of metrics and a system for tracking and reporting on the progress of our strategic ISG plan.

Qualifications:

• Relevant years of experience in a financial services role

• Project management experience desirable

• Demonstrated working knowledge of financial services industry

• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience

• Master’s degree preferred
