About the Role
In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to our key grocery partners, developing a robust market strategy and executing an effective go-to-market plan.
- - - - What the Candidate Will Do ----
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategy - Own the growth strategy and planning for direct grocery account partners, ensuring successful execution of key initiatives.
- Leverage Data Insights - Collect and analyze grocery partner data to identify trends and insights that will inform and achieve growth objectives.
- Foster Strategic Relationships - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, understanding grocery partners’ needs and driving positive outcomes.
- Monitor Feedback and Trends - Track and report on feedback, trends, and insights from grocery partners to inform decision-making and strategic adjustments.
- Identify Market Opportunities - Uncover and seize new opportunities in the grocery market to drive business expansion and competitive differentiation.
- Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to solve complex grocery partner challenges, shaping new product features and optimizing business processes.
- - - - Basic Qualifications ----
- Fluent/ Native level Japanese, Business level English ability is mandatory for this role.
- A strong combination of critical thinking, consultative sales skills, and operational expertise.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly evolving environment and balance long-term strategic goals with short-term tactical needs.
- - - - Preferred Qualifications ----
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large enterprise accounts, preferably in the technology sector.
- Fluency in English catering to business requirements.
- Strong analytical abilities, with proficiency in SQL and data analysis to drive decision-making.
