About the Role
- Act as the primary liaison for key enterprise merchants, managing inquiries and providing consultative support.
- Develop and monitor business strategies across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons, adapting plans as needed.
- Collaborate internally to spearhead new product development or process enhancements.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Own the growth strategy and planning for Direct account partners and drive the execution of the plan
- Obtain and analyze merchant data to identify trends to achieve the growth strategy
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, understanding merchant needs and driving positive outcomes.
- Monitor and report on feedback, trends, and insight from our partners.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to propel business advancement.
Basic Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, catering to business requirements.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in managing large enterprise accounts, preferably in the Retail or e-commerce sector.
- Proven sales and commercial strategy expertise.
- Ability to analyze sales data and key metrics and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Exceptional communication skills, with various stakeholders including C-level stakeholders and internal technical teams.
