Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and automate manual reporting processes using tools such as Alteryx, SQL, and Python.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
• Optimize and maintain existing reporting workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement and strategic initiatives.
• Manage communications and meetings with project teams and key business partners, escalating challenges as needed
• Facilitate review with Stakeholders including Process Owner, Management, Testing and Compliance securing all approvals for procedures
• Work both proactively & reactively towards daily communication requirements, presented by senior management alongside regularly scheduled business updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in data analytics, with a focus on automating manual reporting processes a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Alteryx, SQL, Tableau or Python.
• Understanding of data visualization techniques and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of financial services functions, operations and awareness of regulatory and compliance environments a plus
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a team player with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
• Ability to explain complex or technical concepts clearly with strong attention to detail
• BA/BS degree in English/Writing or equivalent work experience
