Description
You will have close coordination with project stakeholders from various teams including business units, real estate, legal, design, EH&S, energy, construction, network, maintenance, and operations to bring our projects to fruition. You will manage and support the architects, engineers, other specialty consultant and vendors, and general contractors from initial programming to construction completion.
Minimum Qualifications
- Design and construction project management experience that includes the following:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction as a project manager in North America
- Experience with the fast track design build construction model.
- Experience with typical technology company project types: office TI’s, labs, clean rooms, server labs, tool installations, etc.
- Strong background in commercial/industrial construction to include mechanical, electrical, process piping, plumbing building systems, etc.
- Experience interpreting design and construction documents.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with focus on planning, execution, and follow up. Strong analytical skills, works well under pressure.
- Dedication to deliver consistent customer service internally and externally.
- Strong individual contributor. Self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills, inquisitive and has great attention to details.
- Engineering degree
- Able to work well with others and create strong field and corporate relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with focus on planning, execution, and follow up. Strong analytical skills, works well under pressure.
- The ability to fully utilize Apple products to do your job as efficiently as possible.
- Ability to develop cost estimates, schedules; review and provide feedback to proposals and change orders.
- Management experience within design-build projects
- Dedication to deliver consistent customer service internally and externally.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
