The Global Women’s Brand Management Team is the marketing function responsible for leading and driving plans global plans that serve the brand and business. Our goal is to know & serve inspiration, innovation and enablement to unlock the power of sport for every athlete*.

What you will work on

If this is you, you’ll be responsible for but not limited to:

· Obsessing football (soccer) Culture with a specific focus on the women’s game.

· Understanding the football (soccer) Consumer at a deep level inclusive of their motivations, passions and connectivity to sport to inspire aspirational storytelling and concepts.

· Partnering with a cross functional marketing team to inspire world class storytelling and consumer journeys taking the brand and consumer somewhere new.

· Delivering seasonal marketing campaigns that position Nike as the top brand in women’s football (soccer)

· Partnering with Sports Marketing on seasonal campaigns and sport moments.

· Collaborate and partner with a highly capable, diverse and world-class, multi-disciplinary marketing team

Who you will work with

You will be reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Brand Management, Women’s Sport & Athletes. You will work closely with Global and Geo Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing, and Business Teams to ensure that strategy and resources serve the brand and business.

What you bring

· 5+ years of experience in brand marketing or related experience with a deep understanding of the football (soccer) ecosystem and the elite football (soccer) athlete.

· Demonstrated genuine passion and deep understanding of football (soccer) culture, fashion, trends, and the future of the game.

· Ability to balance creativity with organization and discipline in a fast moving, ambiguous environment.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and presentation

· Expertise for Women’s Football (Soccer)

· Ability to travel (up to) 10%
