As part of the Retail Brand Team in EMEA, you will be an integral part of a cross functional team that creates the future of sport in our entire stores fleet through seasonal storytelling. We’re looking for a motivated & experienced marketeer who will lead & drive integrated retail campaigns that are planned against our seasonal brand architecture.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ONAs theEMEA Womens Retail Brand Lead Professionalyou will be responsible for elevating our stores experience through seasonal campaigns and experiences.
You will be part of a larger Retail Brand team and collectively focus on delivering a premium, consumer & CFoP led experiences in our stores.

- You will lead, drive & execute benchmark campaigns for the full fleet of Nike stores. Applying a tiered approach.
- You will establish and own CFoP strategies including KPI’s which define what success will look like.
- You will lead a x-functional project team. You inspire them towards brilliant team work and push everyone to perform at their best. You act as a guide and mentor for multiple Senior Professionals and Specialists.
- You will act as the owner of the Seasonal Code process. Both driving and supporting gates, partnering with a x-functional team including the likes of Merchandising, DSM, Planning and Store Operations.
- You will partner with our VM & EKIN & Retail Experiences teams to drive an aligned seasonal campaign approach, as well as planning for key secondary product stories if/when relevant.
- You will elevate the in-store execution through consumer experiences, in partnership with the City Retail Brand teams when applicable.
- You will partner with the Brand Management and Brand Creative teams in order to execute against our ambitions for seasonal key campaigns and continue to raise our retail brand standards.
- You own and manage predefined budgets for seasonal campaigns.
- You will partner with our main creative and production partners to bring our campaigns to life.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHAs the
EMEA Womens Retail Brand Lead Professional, you will report directly into the EMEA Womens Retail Brand Director.
You will be part of a team that works closely with our cross-functional partners including but not limited to Visual Merchandising, EKINs, Brand Management, Brand Planning, Digital Marketing, Brand Creative, Merchandising, DSM and external agencies.
Lastly, you will work with both your global counterparts as well as city marketplace leads.
WHAT YOU BRING- A passion and love for sport, athletes & innovation.
- Experience working in a corporate environment within Brand Management, Retail Marketing, and/or Digital Marketing. City experience is a plus.
- Ideally a strong focus on x-functional marketing and experience with industry defining integrated plans.
- Proven record of strategic thinking and application of strategies in executional work.
- Accountability with strong time management and project management skills.
- Strong collaborative skills, rallying teams against our goals by building energy & optimism.
- Curiosity towards target consumer and able to drive innovative solutions that remove friction.
- Ability to manage ambiguity by operating effectively, even when things are not certain, or the way forward is not clear.
- An agile mentality to work across multiple teams & priorities with a proven ability to redirect energy & focus based on the brand and business priorities.
- A strong sense of business knowledge with the ability to interpret marketplace, consumer, business KPIs, realities and trends to recommend best practices and apply learnings.
- Experience as a (virtual) team leader - as a Lead Professional, you will guide and mentor multiple members of the team.
