As the AMG Quality Review Analyst in ourControls & Oversightteam, you will be responsible to understand AMG Process flows, SOP’s, Access Submission and quickly grasping new changes in the process in order to perform effective quality reviews. You must be well-versed with quality standards and internal quality guidelines. you will leverage your presentation and communication skills to interact with production leaders and leadership team to discuss process gaps, system limitations, Error root causes and providing solutions.

  • Job responsibilities:
  • Perform quality reviews to identify gaps and recommend system, process, and or procedural improvements
  • Owning and completing the assigned tasks with in the specified timelines
  • Prepare and present quality review results in Monthly and Quarterly business reviews
  • Maintain SOP’s, JOB aids, Process maps and procedure through re-certification schedule
  • Help the operations and controls & oversight team in identifying, tracking, documenting and reporting quality issues, breaches, Error trends and looking into KPI’s
  • Collaborate with different teams across AMG teams to continuously improve the quality and helping the team in setting the higher benchmark
  • Required qualifications, capabilities, and Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong eye for details with ability to work efficiently within given timelines
  • Good team player with ability to work in a team with no or little supervision
  • Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
  • Quick Learner with good analytical understanding of statistics and trends
  • Self-motivated, proactive, results oriented and problem solving ability
  • Bachelor Degree or higher
  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Demonstrated ability to provide effective feedback on identified quality trends and process performance
  • Knowledge of quality management best practices, root cause & corrective action activity
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management(IAM) and access submission tools
  • Perform Quality Assurance/ Quality review/Quality check role in previous or current role
