In this role, you will:
- SharePoint Management: Domain expertise in managing site content, permissions/access, regulating and auditing the site
- Records Management: Support activities within the records retention process, including attestations and inventory audits
- Assist withdevelopment and launch of tracking toolfor new/current FTEs and any new FTE requests in centralized tracking tool
- Work with DMI and other CAO Business Management Teams to lift and shift their tools and SharePoint best practices into SP&ECM’s site
- System administration:facilitate new joiner access, emails, and on/off-boarding related items
- Reporting: Establish efficient reporting cadences in line with deliverables calendar
- Identify ways to streamline and remove non-value-added redundancy in existing processes
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies, procedures, best practices, and initiatives
- Drive and support transformation change that helps achieve strategic initiatives across the organization, including leading initiatives and supporting adoption across the team
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years ofBusiness Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planningexperience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in SharePoint online/Power BI/Power Apps./Power Automate experience/Building views in SharePoint
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Teams and PowerPoint) skills
- Advanced Excel with Macros

- Financial industry experience
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
Job Expectations:
- Shift timing will be 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM, however this may change as per the need of Enterprise USA team and may require supporting in USA time
