In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
    • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
    • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
    • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
    • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
    • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives with cross functional business partners
    • Should be able to consult and convince stakeholders on the applicability of current policies and procedures if required
    • Leads the strategic initiatives of the LoB.
  • Leads the complete QA cycle by reviewing the existing processes, propose for improvements, strategize the work and executes it.


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Quality assurance/Controls experience
  • Experience of working on registry, would be good advantage
    • Risk management experience
    • Knowledge and understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) development and implementation of Controls/QA testing practices/processes
    • Good understanding of project management concepts of both waterfall and agile methodologies.
    • Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership
    • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
    • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to present results of analyses and recommendations to senior leaders
    • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
    • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
    • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
    • Ability to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolution
    • Ability to manage process improvement initiatives to optimize operational effectiveness and efficiencies
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills


Job Expectations:

  • • Execute governance routines in support of ECM Policy and methodology required elements for programs and products
    • Manage the activities of adherence validation and document results in the system of record, including tracking and documenting resolution of adherence findings, applying thought leadership to established review processes as warranted for a specific work effort
