Job Requirements
- Proficient in Oracle SQL, SAS, VBA and demonstrate hands-on experience in analytics.
- Lead projects independently and successfully deliver on requirement, test using SQL, deliver on artifacts, and obtain signoffs from stakeholders on a timely manner.
- Expert knowledge of AML transaction monitoring, customer risk rating, name screening.
- Ability to perform deep dive investigations and driverecommendations/findings.
- Strong ownership mentality and can-do attitude
- Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills accompanied by strong business acumen with ability to engage senior audience.
- Strong interpersonal skills able to influence and manage a very diverse set of stakeholders.
- Flexible and resilience to execute in an agile environment, including the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Deliver accuracy.
- Acute attention to detail while moving at a fast pace.
- Demonstrate analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- High proficiency in MS Office: Excel (including pivot tables, charts, and graphics) and PowerPoint.
- Assess, identify, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Ability to conduct analysis on big data and derive sound recommendations.
- Manage escalations appropriately and promptly.
- Proficiency in Selenium, or other automation tool, is an asset.
Additional Information
- Seven (7) or more years of related business analysis experience such as quality assurance
- Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field, e.g.: Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Science
