• Align with Programs & Incentives teams (WPO) on the roll-out, be program savvy & literate.
• Partner with APL on local and wider initiatives (i.e., Flash, new logos, co-sell, Commercial Go Big) & provide critical business decision support
• Sphere, Spark, Portal, UCPQ, IBC, PA, PIP – drive process & tool adoption touching our partners & partner team
• Voice of the partner / partner team with requirements to WW Partner Sales Ops (tools, processes, dashboards, data, analytics, JBP, QBR content, incentives & programs, initiatives, coverage model, comp plan)
• Voice of the partner / partner team to Geo & Area Sales Ops (extended team engagement, training/learning, communication & representation)
• Engage with APL, geo partner lead, and Partner Sales Excellence (WPO) on partner blueprint and segmentation.
• Align with Comp & WW Partner Sales Ops on compensation framework and guidelines, rules & consistency on a WW basis
• Manage coverage with APL, PTL & area sales ops/geo planning team
• Develop goals as per guidelines from the WW Partner Operations team and ensure goal sheets are distributed, accepted, and understood.
• Monitor performance and manage any necessary adjustments.
• Be strategic Business Partners to Geo and Area Partner leaders: Analyze partner performance and activity; guide and recommend actions
• Drive Regular key metric review Rhythm of Business (RoB) i.e. standardized measurements, cadence, discipline, and rhythm of review
• APL readiness and engagement for weekly meetings, area interlock, QBR
• Suggest the right KPI’s and facilitate KPI adoption & understanding
• Partner in the field with geo/area ops as extended team members
• Work with WW Partner sales ops on Field deployment and adoption of tools and processes, centrally created reports, dashboards, metrics
• Be Business Partners to Area Partner leaders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including WPO
• Proven experience in Partner Operations within the technology industry in a similar role is a preferred pre-requisite
• Take a proactive, consultative approach, building trust consistently and quickly.
• Have an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality
• Demonstrate ability to scale and equip the business, driving world-class operational execution, communicate big picture opportunities
• Demonstrate ability to manage teams with deep analytical skills and make data-driven decisions
• Demonstrate ability to work well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• Operational Execution - Ability to develop and execute strategies in collaboration with Partner leaders
• Data Analysis - Provide insights and recommendations to Partner leaders to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaboration - Working effectively with WPO, WW Partner Operations, and Field sales operations teams
• Influencing - Influence partner leaders to drive actions out of insights
• Creative Problem Solving - Work with leaders to identify challenges and develop solutions to drive results
