International Mobility Partner APAC
Your challenge:
You will also act as a single point of coordination towards international assignees/transferees and their family members, E2E coordination of assignments and relocations, including the monitoring of all in- and outsourced services and activities.
Furthermore, other responsibilities also include:
- You will collaborate with our APAC HR and Talent Management colleagues to ensure the right people are assigned to the right place at the right time,
- You will work on multiple projects within the international mobility space with the aim of identifying new opportunities, developing state-of-the-art knowledge and expertise, optimizing and continuously improving processes, procedures and programs and transferring relevant knowledge to internal stakeholders
- You will be part of a global and dynamic International Mobility team, which is a Centre of Expertise (CoE) within Rewards (Rewards is a part of the broader People Organization in the company)
This role requires:
- A degree-level education or equivalent experience in Global/International Mobility with a minimum experience of 10 -12 years
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong commercial/business acumen
- Experience in working with external vendors and delivery of services
- Experience or interest in working with different cultures/countries
- An eagerness to learn and ability to adapt to changes
