NICE is looking for Talent Acquisition Partner for the APAC region.
How will you make an impact?
- Owning APAC hiring and leading NICE Talent Acquisition agenda and best practices
- Leading End to End recruiting process.
- Leading sourcing strategy. Proactively source talent and continuously enhance and diversify sourcing methods
- Maintaining relationship with candidates and be the face of the company, ensuring top notch candidate experience
- Establish strong working relationships with APAC senior leaders, hiring managers, International HR and the recruiting team
- Establish and manage relationships with agencies, external recruitment partners and other professional organizations
- Work on recruiting initiatives and help embed these into the business. For example, social media and network events; Internal mobility and Employee referral campaigns, interview techniques and candidate experience
Have you got what it takes?
- 3-5 years of experience in in-house recruiting
- Wizard sourcing capabilities and a passion for it, with various social media channels
- Experience negotiating with candidates and finalizing contract terms and conditions.
- High energy, positive attitude, proactiveness and a true go getter
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in partnering with the business, hiring managers, including executives.
- Experience in tech recruiting
- Fluent English (speaking and writing) – a must.
- BA in a relevant field
You will have an advantage if you also have:
- Experience in recruiting to SaaS Sales roles
- Experience in Greenhouse ATS
