RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with Legal and Corporate Development teams on commercial contracts, data-privacy, intellectual property, compliance, government relations, strategic alliances, M&A activities, litigation, and other projects as required.
• Review contracts, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct legal research and contribute to writing initiatives.
• Organize and manage contract filing systems.

• Highly organized, motivated, detail-oriented team player; confident working autonomously and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Articulate and persuasive communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills, displaying enthusiasm for addressing a wide range of legal issues and a strong interest in law and technology; adept at Legal research and analysis

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently enrolled in a program or field of study with an interest in law, paralegal students and/or other related areas.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe PDF. Experience with Microsoft Teams is a plus.

Wage ranges are determined by various factors, including job type and level. Earnings for this position are expected to be $22.00 – $26.00 per hour, with exact salary offers based on the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, and experience.
