Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of leading a portfolio of complex global programs
- 6+ years of leadership and people management experience
- Ability to manage resources globally, balancing priorities and the business needs across 5+ cross functional teams
- Experience leading global system implementations such as HRIS, SAP, eCommerce or Retail systems
Preferred Qualifications
- 12+ years of leading a portfolio of global programs
- 8+ years of leadership and people management experience
- High proficiency in creating keynote presentations to executive team and can implement pivot tables for Excel
- Deep understanding of project, program and portfolio planning and delivery to the level that they can set standards, implement process improvements and coach team members
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal, written and presentation
- Ability to lead and develop a hard-working team
- Demonstrable ability to personally deliver large scale initiatives quickly, with high levels of complexity and ambiguity
- Ability to maintain and develop relationships cross functionally
- Ability to develop new strategies and options for projects and programs, champion for continuous improvements
- Ability to drive rapid response for critical programs/crisis management
- Acting as a Program Management Office function for key cross-functional initiatives within the Retail organization
- Solid ability to positively influence people across all functional areas of an organization. Builds bridges and cultivate relationships; comfortable being a key point of contact and subject matter authority
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $178,900 and $317,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
