Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of technical product management experience, including products within datacenter Hardware systems and/or Cloud infrastructure.
• 9+years of experiencecreating product roadmap(s) from conception to launch, driving end-to-end program execution, defining product go-to-market strategy, and leading program direction discussions.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Experience in program management fundamentals including presentation skills and written communication; ability to build relationships and influence in a matrix organization; manager cross team deliverables including program costs, schedules,risksand issues mitigation.
• Understanding and passion for program management,establishingprocess and framework for large scale collaboration
• Experience leading teams in silicon, Hardware systems & Software ecosystem setup within technical contexts
• Proven capabilities to multi-task and drive positive business results.
• Knowledge of server technology and associated commodities is a plus but notrequired.
• Prior people manager experience is highly desirable but notrequired

• Drive executive decision makingfor new investments, includingdetailed analysis,program goalsand business requirements, architectural concepts, risk management strategies, financial analysis,scheduleand hardware strategy.
• Drive technical projects from requirements including managing complex project schedules, removing roadblocks, and keeping processes running smoothly.
• Work with hardware architects, engineering, and business teams to develop and drive end to end program development.
• closely with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and implement features, infrastructure, processes, and workflows.
• Identifyand prioritize customer needs, market opportunities, and translate them into clear and actionable product requirements and specifications.
• Take end to end ownership of the product area and be a tireless voice of the customer, while ensuring business goals are met.
• Developing andmaintaininga high levelof technicalproficiencyin Artificial Intelligence workloadrequirements.
• Be comfortable interacting with senior management, highlighting risks across functional teams and providing recommendations to support product level decisions.
• Operate effectively in ambiguity. Apply process where it creates value, and design process whereit’sneeded. Recognize the situations where each approach is mostappropriate.
