ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead and manage the FETA Division, ensuring that all feasibility assessments, resource estimations, timeline development, and agile execution align with the company's strategic goals and client expectations. ,

2. Drive comprehensive feasibility analyses across multiple dimensions including data suitability, technological capabilities, security risks, and compliance requirements.

4. Develop clear, realistic timelines for each project phase from development through to deployment, managing expectations and adjusting as necessary to meet project deliverables.

5. Champion agile methodologies within the division, assembling and guiding scrum teams to promote efficient, iterative development and delivery processes.

7. Liaise with other leaders to ensure that projects are integrated smoothly into the broader business strategy and that the division supports overall organizational growth

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Technical Expertise: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

2. Experience: 15+ years of experience in managing data-driven, AI/ML or Analytics and other technology-focused projects, including a minimum of 10 years in leadership positions.

3. Agile Fluency: Proven track record of successful project delivery leveraging agile frameworks.

4. Data Acumen: Strong understanding of data analysis, Machine Learning feature engineering, and the application of Al/ML models.

5. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop highly-skilled teams in dynamic environments.

6. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

7. Understanding of the cloud-based data, Al/ML platforms and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with data privacy and banking regulations (GDPR, CCPA, BSA/AML etc.)

2. Project Management Certification (PMP, SCRUM Master)
