About the Role

This position requires expertise in Uber Ads, the ability to deliver category insights, and aligning products with customer marketing objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Support financial and operational planning processes, including ad hoc deep dives.
  • Facilitate performance reporting to Uber’s Executive Leadership.
  • Develop methodologies to highlight trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Identify operational weaknesses and propose innovative improvements.
  • Act as a pricing champion, supporting sensitivity analyses and business case creation.
  • Partner with product teams to localize requirements for product launches.
  • Communicate customer feedback and limitations effectively to internal teams.
  • Analyze data to evaluate campaign success, leveraging tools like SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Recommend data-driven strategies to optimize advertising initiatives.

What You'll Need

  • 3–4 years of experience in consulting, account management, or startup environments.
  • Advanced analytics skills for extracting and interpreting data.
  • Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Strong critical thinking to identify opportunities and anticipate business trends.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and propose actionable insights.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
