About the Role
This position requires expertise in Uber Ads, the ability to deliver category insights, and aligning products with customer marketing objectives.
What You'll Do
- Support financial and operational planning processes, including ad hoc deep dives.
- Facilitate performance reporting to Uber’s Executive Leadership.
- Develop methodologies to highlight trends and provide actionable insights.
- Identify operational weaknesses and propose innovative improvements.
- Act as a pricing champion, supporting sensitivity analyses and business case creation.
- Partner with product teams to localize requirements for product launches.
- Communicate customer feedback and limitations effectively to internal teams.
- Analyze data to evaluate campaign success, leveraging tools like SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Recommend data-driven strategies to optimize advertising initiatives.
What You'll Need
- 3–4 years of experience in consulting, account management, or startup environments.
- Advanced analytics skills for extracting and interpreting data.
- Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Strong critical thinking to identify opportunities and anticipate business trends.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and propose actionable insights.
