As a Sr. Associate, Process Manager supporting Card Data Governance, you will play a key role in delivering well managed, re-imagined and streamlined intent and processes that impact the company’s bottom line and our customers lives. You will educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution each and every time. You may also lead or engage in critical departmental or cross-functional organizational initiatives and projects.
General Responsibilities:
Review, approve, and manage access to datasets and roles based on business needs and associateresponsibilities
Leading and owning oversight of process improvement work and collaborating with teammates on larger initiatives
Collecting data and information and using analytics and reporting to provide transparency to senior leadership and executives
Identify and implement process improvements driving issue resolution/risk mitigation activities
Tracking and resolving process breakdowns
Understanding customers’ needs for the process and driving process improvements
Developing and maintaining formal process documentation including procedures and
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management or Risk Management
At least 1 year experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree or MBA
3+ years of experience in Business Process Management or Project Management or Risk Management
1+ years of experience with SQL
1+ years of experiencein using Jira
Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification
