Your responsibilities will include:

  • Set an inspirational mission, vision, goals and accountabilities. Foster diverse teams that live the BSC core values. Identify opportunities to actively coach and develop talent, strengthen team expertise, seek to empower individuals, and drive accountability for agreed upon commitments.
  • Lead team in the development and execution of US atrial fibrillation ablation therapies commercialization plans and on-going marketing strategies, commercial programs and contracts. Partner internally and cross divisionally to tailor and execute.
  • Champion the voice of the US business and customer for atrial fibrillation ablation therapies product lifecycle management, growth, sustaining and influence new product portfolio decisions. Partner with supply chain and other functions to ensure product forecasts are achieved.
  • Analyze regional EP business trends and customer insights to recommend product enhancements, new customer solutions or new business development opportunities.
  • Activate the US region. Coordinate strategies, action plans and communication across multiple EP franchises (priorities, sequence, timing) to optimize impact, ensure customer satisfaction and deliver on operating plan targets for this region.
  • Own EP commercial customer engagement strategy. Drive execution of US conferences, events, executive visits and other customer engagement initiatives. Actively identify leverage opportunities to propagate digital and innovative customer engagement strategies that achieve goals. Ensure execution best practice processes that optimize performance.
  • Systematically assess the market landscape and monitor competitive landscape. Partner across franchises to develop actionable strategies to address emerging opportunities and threats.
  • Foster KPI driven culture, ensure creation of dashboards to track and report marketing/launch performance, overseeing the collection and utilization of performance data to inform progress and guide optimization. Develop and defining tools/processes for tracking performance of existing investments against plan
  • Lead change and effectively manage conflict across multiple levels and functions.
  • Strong business acumen, fact-based decision making, and ability to quickly ramp up on new technologies and investment opportunities
  • Builds strategic partnerships to further departmental and organizational objectives. Interacts internally and externally with executive level management, outside regulatory agencies, customers, vendors and/or suppliers.
  • Coordinates across functional areas, business units, and/or geographies in order to achieve company or area goals.
  • Makes and executes operational decisions with a strategic perspective.
  • Directs and controls the activities and budget of one or more functional areas, divisions, product groups and/or operations.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 12+ years of professional experience
  • 8+ years’ experience in complex commercial program management or team leadership in med technology, pharma or biotech
  • US field sales experience
  • Change management experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • Electrophysiology experience
  • Master of Business Administration degree
  • Significant collaboration and demonstrated success in working across a global, matrixed organization
  • Med capital and single use device sales and/or marketing
  • Ability to provide analytics to internal teams that will build sales infrastructure and capacity to manage new therapy launch in the US Market
  • Pricing, contracting experience in US Market
  • Experience with administrative customers in US market
  • Product launch experience
  • Commercial and customer-first mindset
  • Understanding of all disciplines of marketing, marketing strategy, commercial/sales process & operations
  • Familiarity with digital, marketing/demand gen, medical education
  • Executive presence and ability to influence across multiple levels

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
