This individual will be responsible for leading development projects on the XDL platform, gathering and documenting requirements, working with back-end supply chain and systems engineering teams, and working with both internal and external engineering teams on feature implementation. Candidates should also have experience driving alignment with stakeholders such as Marketing, Planning, Design, Engineering, and Leadership teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Effective technical aptitude, ideally with hardware/software development process experience.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear, concise, and convincing communications – both written and oral.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Product Planning, Marketing, and the Hardware engineering team to create a robust and well understood plan for product launches encompassing both hardware and software needs.
  • Research and leverage best practices from other online customization programs to best serve the customer and create a customer delighting experience.
  • Partner with both Hardware and Software engineering to develop new tools, techniques, and processes to support the business in an efficient and customer friendly manner.
  • Maintain the complete program schedule inclusive of hardware development needs, software development, back end systems, and e-commerce support to ensure product launches on time and functions as expected.
