(Manager grade)
You will be a core member of our design and facilitation team, working directly with senior Financial Services clients to develop and deliver workshops that accelerate strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Deliver Client Experiences:Collaborate with clients and account teams to create and execute high-profile events.
- Identify and Articulate Outcomes:Work closely with clients to define their goals and desired outcomes.
- Project Management:Oversee the entire event lifecycle, from detailed logistics to strategic planning.
- Group Facilitation:Lead large groups through workshop activities, challenging discussions and engaging ice breakers.
- Tools and Technology:Utilise collaboration tools such as Mural and Miro to maximise participation and accelerate work.
- Post-Event Deliverables:Produce high-quality outputs following each event.
- Relationship Building:Foster strong relationships with both clients and the wider business.

- Workshop Experience:Experience designing, managing, and delivering large workshops for clients.
- Outstanding Communication:Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with C-Suite level leaders.
- Comfort with Ambiguity:Ability to navigate ambiguity, enjoy public speaking, and manage complex stakeholder dynamics (for both in-person and virtual participants).
- Relevant Experience:You’ll have least 4 years of relevant experience, ideally including 2 years in design thinking or workshop facilitation.
- Attention to Detail:Keen eye for detail, understanding that small touches can make a significant impact.
- Technical Proficiency:Proficient in PowerPoint and quick to learn new tools and technologies.
