Responsibilities –
As a wavespaceTM Facilitator, you will be a key resource for designing and facilitating wavespace sessions for our clients’ business transformation projects and act as a role model for scaling the wavespace approach within the firm.Reporting to the wavespace location/experience manager/leader, you will primarily:
- Work closely with senior stakeholders (EY and clients) to understand their business transformation needs and work across our global network (e.g., cross-SL/sector etc.) to bring in the right people and address specific client challenges
- Take end-to-end ownership (from scoping, designing, and facilitating to follow-up activities) for wavespace sessions, from conception through to completion while
- Possess and demonstrate strong (agile) projectmanagement skills throughout the event lifecycle
- Demonstrate strong facilitation skills in several innovation methodologies of which Design Thinking is core
- Have a strong persuasiveness and act as a role model while guiding the client to understand their business challenge
- Have a hands-on mentality and support the operations of the location as well as its strategic development. This includes stakeholder management but also taking care of the room set-up for room rents/sessions
- Design, production and post-production of audio/visual virtual experiences
Job requirements –Where do you start if you want to change the world?
- At least 2 years of experience in designing and facilitating the delivery of innovation workshops (e.g., Design Thinking)
- At least 2 years of experience translating complex issues into coherent problem statements and designing processes to enable organizations to resolve complex issues
- At least 1 year of experience in planning and managing at least two complex projects across multiple locations (e.g., in Organizational Change Management), ideally in an agile way of working
- At least 1 year of experience in supervising advisory/consulting professionals
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Interest in Technology, Innovation, Customer Experience and Entrepreneurship

Recruitment procedure –
In our hiring process, we want to ensure a thorough evaluation of your qualifications. It starts with a review of your CV by our Hiring Manager, followed by an introductory call with our Recruiter to discuss your experience and expectations. You will then be asked to complete an online assessment to assess your skills and personality. If successful, you will be invited for a first interview. Upon successfully completing the first interview, you will have a second interview. If all goes well, we will extend a formal offer to you.
