Managed Services (MSE) is responsible for keeping the network running and proposing / conducting network upgrades based on business requirements. Covers technical managing and operating of agreed components of IT and telecommunications services provided to end users of Nokia customers, within contracts agreed with those customers.
• Managing the Openshift cluster that includes the scaling up and down AWS app Node.
• Providing technical support for complex Core nodes(Analysis, Troubleshooting & fixing the issues reported) on already deployed to end customer/user.
• Technical Operations support for Customer Team.
• Manages technical escalations for technical requests, emergency cases and outages internally and towards customer.
• Support customer’s network performance and evolution.
• Manages network SW and HW configuration information.
• Acts as the prime technical interface towards customer, subcontractors and 3rd party suppliers as well as internally towards several organizations.
• Liaise closely with Multiple teams to work on the operation faults and technical management to ensure the Network stability.
• Monitors and reports customer’s life network performance and acts to ensure network’s availability including e.g. customer SLA fulfilment
• Support and perform competence development of local technical teams.
• Ensure multiple network Element are connected and all functions are working well.
• Handling Critical and Emergency network incidents with stakeholders/Care.

Uses functionally specific knowledge.Typically 5+ years experience directly related to below and a graduate equivalent degree.• Must have extreme exposure using ansible automation in replacing the different components of Openshift like ECTD MASTER APP, INFRA , Cluster.
• Must have worked in container-based technologies like doker, Kubernetes, and Openshift. Point team player on open shift for creating new projects, services for load balancing and adding them to routes to be accessible from outside, troubleshooting pods through ssh and logs, modification of build configs, templates image streams, etc.
• Must know Core related KPI counters and analysis.
• Need to perform diagnostic, alarming, and debugging procedures for standard operation process.
• Have to resolve Packet core customer complaints through the ticketing system and provide a resolution within agreed SLAs based on severity.
• Design and implement scalable enterprise monitoring systems by applying continuous integration/delivery concepts. Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of our enterprise redhat openshift systems. Work to improve speed efficiency and scalability of open shift systems continuously.
• Deploying, managing and operating scalable, highly available, secure, and fault-tolerant systems on open shift, Kubernetes, EKS and AKS for customers.
