Following is a list of some but not all responsibilities and specific tasks that will be assigned to the person in this role:
⦁ Uses HR metrics and analytics to inform decision making and measure effectiveness of HR programs.⦁ Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Effectively partners with Employee Relations Center of Expertise. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations as appropriate.
The person hired for this position will need to sit out of our R&D Hub in West Chester, PA
Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
Education/Certification/Experience:
⦁ Minimum of 7 years of prior Human Resources Manager experience in an R&D or manufacturing environment with demonstrated increasing responsibilities preferred
⦁ Requires Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college. Advanced degrees in related fields or HR certifications preferred.
⦁ Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is a plus.
