At least 15 years extensive leadership experience in the movie and TV industry, both in digital transactional and subscription businesses.
Experience working within a global matrixed organisation that requires an ability to advocate and influence outcomes.
Strong commercial, financial and analytical acumen.
Ability to define and execute new opportunities in market.
Experience in the Australian video marketplace, content rights and distribution, with a view of key trends and players, through a strong local and international network.
Experience driving growth in a subscription business.
Proficiency in English.
Occasional international travel may be required.
Ability to define long-term development strategies within a global, multi-layered organisation.
Proven success managing partnerships, with experience in leading commercial strategies and planning.
