JOB DESCRIPTION


This is a hybrid position: Three days in the office work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company's success by driving effective marketing strategies, increasing product awareness, maximizing revenue growth, and generating qualified leads through demand generation efforts.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products and drive market growth through demand generation efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns
  • Create product messaging and positioning to effectively communicate product value proposition
  • Develop marketing collateral, including product brochures, datasheets, and presentations
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Drive demand generation activities, including lead generation campaigns, webinars, events, and content marketing
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide marketing support and enable effective product launches.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in product marketing or related roles, with a focus on demand generation.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis tools

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience , education, geography, and other relevant factors.
