What you need to know about the role:Working for the Director of Product Management, this individual will play a pivotal role in executing on the RCPL, Global Solutions Engineering priorities, improving efficiency in the organization, managing the various operating rhythms.
Your day-to-day:
- Manage operating routinesthat facilitate decision-making,agenda, participate inthe meetings, document decisions, and communicate outcomes. Drive execution of tasks andfollow-ups.
- Define an operating framework that enables visibility,accountability, andactivation on RCPL Global Solutions Engineering priorities
- Conduct and support on strategic analysis for various meetings both regular andad hoc.
- routines for the business unit and create supporting collateral (agendas, slides, etc.)
- Partner within and outside the RCPL Global Solutions Engineering organization to lead complexinitiatives, operating atthe strategic and tactical level toensure appropriateparticipation anddelivery
- Act as a liaison between Global Solutions Engineering and other teams, ensuring alignment and integration of GSE initiatives with broader business goals
- Lead and ensure delivery against cross-functional initiatives including gathering and analysis of relevant data and development of actionable recommendations and measurement
- Collaborate with Communications partners to create an end-to-end GSE communications strategy
- Partnerwith the PeopleTeam on a functional engagement and enrichment strategy to support the strategic growth and development of the P&P workforce (including external speaker series, development, recognition, and team building, engage action planning, and goal setting).
- Oversee the optimization of business processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity across GSE.
What do you need to bring:
- 7+ years of experience in planning, business operations, or project management.
- High delivery focus with an emphasis on task ownership and completion
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills—with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects with competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to change, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Ability to influence and achieve alignment across a range of different opinions and interests.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and creating high-quality, executive-level presentations.
- Ability to quickly make sense of, combine, and organize information into meaningful patterns.
