Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and track employee headcount across various departments.
- Work with the Chiefs of Staff in the GSE organization to create transparency and better overall management of headcount.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, the Office of the CTO, and HR to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Provide insights and recommendations for resource allocation based on headcount data.
- Organize and manage GSE-wide engagement initiatives, events, and surveys.
- Analyze engagement data to identify areas for improvement and work with the Chiefs of Staff across the org to create actionable plans.
- Supervise the creation, tracking, and alignment of OKRs across GSE.
- Develop and maintain systems to monitor progress toward organizational goals.
- Continuously evaluate business operations for areas of improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, providing actionable insights to improve business performance.
- Work with HR, Finance, CoS, CTO office, and GSE leadership to ensure smooth operational processes.

- 10+ years of experience in planning, business operations, or project management.
- Proven expertise in Excel and data integration is a must.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and visual storytelling abilities.
