Qualifications
  • Strong sales and business background, with 15+ years education related experience and 5 or more years of people management and leading high performing sales teams to achieve quota and sustainable growth year-over year,
  • Experience of selling software solutions (Microsoft solution / technology preferred) combined with deep understanding of key Industry solutions and competitive technologies
  • Strong business planning and coaching/instilling business discipline skills woven with ability to encourage sales/tech sales team to develop and implement targeted plans
  • Automotive and Manufacturing Industry Insights from previous working experience.
  • Possess executive maturity, presence and experience in building trust with senior decision makers
  • Ability to drive digital transformation in a highly competitive environment with proven ability to successfully anticipate market changes to drive industry-relevant solutions, address competitive threats and navigate complex customer environments
  • Experience in leading and driving the entire sales cycle, orchestrating virtual selling teams where necessary, leveraging repeatable offerings that maximize revenue/market share/consumption opportunities and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
Responsibilities

Demonstrate customer & partner obsession by driving business value to customers and demonstrating that Microsoft is focused on their success. You do this by:

  • Lead and empower account teams to drive customer business outcomes through quality Account plans, with focus on AI transformation, Cybersecurity and strategic partnership
  • Coach account teams to nurture C-Level and Line of Business relationships (business and Technology) across full spectrum of the customer business and organization.
  • Co-Sell with partners through joint account planning and execution.
  • Drive improved customer satisfaction through CPE, increase account team quality and develop and leverage networks across industry, customer, and partner.

Lead with Business Excellence to accelerate sales execution and to deliver a predictable, healthy and compliant business. You do this by:

  • Driving new business growth ensuring sufficient qualified pipeline creation to cover quarterly and annual targets across all solution areas
  • Foster a culture of selling for consumption and usage across all solution areas and advance competitive wins through GTM execution across full spectrum of the customer business and organization.
  • Act as customer advocate, working across Microsoft to raise and resolve blockers and address customer issues.
  • Coach your team on creating and maintaining high-quality, up-to-date account plans including effective Exec Sponsor engagement in collaboration with the extended account team.
  • Conduct effective quality business reviews using relevant sales support tools.

Act as a People & Change Leader by role modelling learn-it-all culture, building and developing high-performing teams to deliver customer outcomes. You do this by:

  • Embracing and Promoting Learning with emphasis on security, industry knowledge, executive engagement, management, and change leadership.
  • Lead your ATU to achieve successful change adoption spanning the full sales cycle.
  • Develop Talent and Drive Growth through deep focus on hiring, retaining, and developing talent to meet industry and customer needs.
