Your key responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to design and implement talent strategies and support change management.
- Assess capabilities, drive skills development, and strengthen talent pipelines to meet future needs.
- Leverage HR data and technology to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions.
- Guide leaders in fostering a values-driven culture, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional client service.
- Partner on key areas such as employee engagement, performance management, and compensation, working closely with the Baltic Talent team.
Attributes to thrive in the role
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within an international organization or a large local company.
- Ability to deeply understand business needs and demonstrate how strong talent engagement drives performance.
- Creative and flexible approach to work in a fast-paced environment, managing shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Skilled at developing clear, actionable plans aligned with business and talent strategies.
- Strong client focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships locally and virtually across borders; adept at influencing and managing change effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
EUR 3500 – 4200 gross,although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
