REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field and 1 year of work experience in job offered or related occupation in project delivery / construction management. In Lieu of the requirements listed above, employer will accept: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, Architecture or related field and 3 years of work experience in job offered or related occupation in project delivery / construction management.
SPECIFIC SKILLS: Expertise/ knowledge of: Project controls systems and interrelated supporting data. In-depth understanding of on-site construction processes and field administration requirements. Proficiency in overseeing construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specification. Skill in developing and implementing standardized coding systems enabling automation and streamlining of BIM workflows.Technical proficiency in scripting functions for automation of workflows. Presentation skills, both with developing and presenting content. Proficient in Primavera P6 for effective project planning and control. Familiarity with Power BI for comprehensive data visualization and analysis. Ability to understand complex construction drawing and details. Experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) Software such as Revit (Architecture, Structure, MEP), AutoCAD, BIM 360, and Sketchup. Proficient in the Adobe suite (Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, etc.) for creating dynamic presentations and construction animations, enhancing communication and visualization. capabilities. Problem-solving skills for addressing issues during construction. Continuous learning, staying updated with industry trends, and adapting to new technologies in construction management.
