Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field and 4 years of work experience.

Must have 4 years of experience with personal computer applications including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.

Must have 3 years of experience providing advisory and/or consulting services to third party clients in procurement operating model design and procurement organizational model design.

Must have 3 years of experience managing staff on multiple projects and providing direction to team members.

Must have 3 years of experience in designing new procurement operating OR organizational models, OR implementing eProcurement technology (with catalogs, requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoice, and settlement processes).

Must have 3 years of advisory and/or consulting experience for clients in the Consumer Products, Automotive, Life Sciences, Industrial Products, Financial Services, or Technology sectors.

Must have 2 years industry experience in Strategic sourcing, procurement operating model design, category management and strategic sourcing, procurement organizational model design, and eProcurement process and technology implementation (Ariba, Coupa, SAP SRM or similar).
