You’ll make an impact by
- Designing and developing efficient global procurement processes (P2P/P2R) in the context of SAP SHERPA X and Siemens Real Estate business specifics.
- Driving the global roll-out of the SAP Procurement Solution and ensuring smooth operations within SRE SCM.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, optimize processes, and document process designs.
- Conducting data-driven analyses to support strategic decisions and improve procurement efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance and continuous improvement through process audits and stakeholder feedback.
- Gather and prepare internal and external information and provide it to the community to stay and keep others informed.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously enhance processes
This is how you'll win us over
- Education:A Master's degree in Civil engineering, Industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- Experience & Skills:
- Serveral years of experience in operational and strategic procurement inclusive risk management, supplier (pre) selection, tendering and awarding
- Knowledge of P2P/P2R end-to-end value flow and dependencies between procurement and commercial processes.
- Familiarity with process design methodologies and optimization strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to challenge existing processes and drive change effectively.
- Organizational and time management abilities with a structured, detail-oriented mindset.
- High willingness to learn and stay updated on advancements in procurement and SAP technologies.
- Languages:Proficient in English and German.
