As a Sr Procurement Buyer, you will manage your assigned supplier portfolio for the R&O team supporting different electrical sites. You will be responsible to expedite multiple repair orders ensuring parts are shipped on-time to our customers. You will have the opportunity to implement lead time/backlog reduction and OTTR improvement projects to support the requirements of our different plants. You will work as a liaison between Suppliers, OP team, R&O ISC Operations, Customer Support Management, and Engineering to build and maintain a strong relationship between vendors and sites.

•Implement lead time reduction opportunities in the R&O process.
•Drive OTTR improvement projects
•Design strategies for Backlog and TAT reduction.
•Build and maintain a strong relationship with our vendors, site, and customer/business team.
•Expedite orders for different R&O Electrical sites and remove/work any barriers that may arise in the process.
•3+ years Procurement Experience
•SAP Experience
•Repair and Overhaul Business Experience
•Government experience
•Intermediate Excel Skills (Pivot Tables/Vlookups/If Formulas)
•Negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
•Continuous Improvement Mindset
•Organized and team player.
•Experience creating FAR 15 Packages.
