Ensurethat purchase goods, materials and services and company operational needs aremet, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuityof supply. You will hold responsibility for a specific project/region/business.You will deliver tactical activities of purchasing goods and services off ofdefined contracts with stated terms and conditions. Also, may includeoccasional one-off negotiations for non-standard buys, low dollar volume buysor items that are not strategically sourced. Responsibleof submitting Purchase orders to vendors, executing exception messages from MRPand follow up with vendors PO Acknowledgment Performprocurement metrics accordingly to organization’s goals.
Managewith sourcing group, to procure at the best price, quality, and lead time.

• Deliver on customer needs.
• Conduct competitive bid.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Review and monitor purchase requisitions.
• Manage supplier communication.
• Understand market trends.
• Deal with invoice discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with strategic procurement.
• Project Management

• 5+ year of experience in tactical and strategic direct purchases.
• Lean Manufacturing experience and Knowledge
• Advanced level of English
• Excel experience and knowledge

• Knowledge of MRP
• Strong communication skills and a team player
• Customer oriented
• Good organizational - ability to prioritize and do problem solving.
• Planning, negotiations and agreements/contract management experience
• Good technical knowledge of Procurement/sourcing
