We are seeking a Program Manager who is enthusiastic about leading projects that are central to our clients’ business operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing program management activities, ensuring that risk management principles are effectively integrated into project processes. Your focus will be on managing programs with a strong risk component, refining processes, and supporting the development of quantitative risk analyses to meet client needs. You will collaborate with Client Delivery Teams and various embedded Risk Analysts to enhance the overall risk management approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage program activities, including risk management processes, to support client objectives.
- Oversee the application of risk management principles, including risk analysis, mitigation planning, and reporting.
- Work closely with the Client’s Corporate Risk Management function to align industry best practices and deliver a comprehensive service to the client.
- Facilitate risk workshops, contribute to the development of quantitative risk analysis models, and refine risk management documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to junior program management resources, fostering their growth and development.
- Coordinate with Project Controls Leads to ensure a unified approach to program delivery.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Construction Management)
- At least 15 years of experience in project/program management including civil infrastructure, construction projects, or program controls environments
- Ideally this would include 5 years of experience in program management with exposure to risk management practices
- Experience in a public-sector program management role is a plus
- Active membership in the Project Management Institute (PMI)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with industry standard software packages and applications (e.g., Active Risk Manager, Primavera Risk Analyzer, @Risk) is beneficial
- Ability to engage and influence a wide variety of project and program resources, including engineers, project managers, and client leaders

- Demonstrated experience in decision-making in high-pressure environments
