Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of relevant legal experience advising on technology product-related issues and negotiating and drafting technology transactions.
  • JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Creative problem-solver with the business acumen to resolve complex issues in creative and efficient ways and give practical product advice.
  • Sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, excellent time management and organizational skills, comfortable with healthy debate, and able to handle a variety of matters at once in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully build relationships and work with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, engineering, and business teams to build great customer-facing products and features.
  • Ability to see beyond the detailed question asked to the larger issue and future implications.
  • Experience with international legal and regulatory compliance, privacy, regulatory, and open data and open source issues is desirable.
  • Experience working with mapping technology is desirable.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $221,600 and $333,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
