Description
As a Senior Program Manager on our team, you will be responsible for a broad portfolio of work. You will build great customer experiences while working with remarkably hardworking and talented people across Apple. More specifically, you will:* Deliver impactful features: Drive the development and launch of customer-focused features that improve exploration, discovery, and engagement in Apple Maps.* Manage the product lifecycle: Own every phase of the software development process, from gathering requirements and scoping work to planning, execution, and shipping on time with high quality.* Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with engineering, product and design, data science, and other teams across Maps and Apple to harness collective expertise and deliver exceptional user experiences.* Execute with focus and precision: Drive projects to completion with a clear execution approach. Focus teams on well-defined priorities, anticipate delivery challenges, and use problem-solving to deliver results.* Communicate effectively: Provide clear and concise updates to stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to executives, ensuring alignment and transparency.* Lead with strategy and vision: Help craft roadmaps by identifying user needs, defining priorities, and making data-driven trade-offs to ensure project success.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of Program Management experience with consumer or developer-facing products.
- Hands-on experience building and delivering client software along with web and internet services.
- Experience working in a dynamic, execution-driven environment.
- Extraordinary leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical background a plus, especially with Machine Learning.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
