Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Minimum of BA/BS Degree required
Less than 4 years of separation from US military service
US Military leadership experience, achieved through 5+ years as a Commissioned or typically through 8+ years as a Non-Commissioned Officer
Demonstrated experience with organizational and operational readiness, strategic planning and risk mitigation
Selected candidates receive pre-hire guidance as well as an intensive overview of the organization and personalized onboarding support in their first 30 days. Continuous learning and development is provided over the program’s 24-month period with the opportunity to rotate roles after 12 months. Each opportunity will be focused on individual development allowing you to grow in diverse skill areas such as project or business management, programming, client support, card services, relationship management, analytics, fraud protection and security, digital solutions, people development and more. Upon completion of the Pathways program, participants place out into full-time roles based on preference, performance and demonstrated growth potential.Rotational Program Locations
